Introduction

Welcome to Sortify (“the App”), operated by ET Salih Mizharkov (“we”, “our”, “us”), located at Vitosha 10A Yakoruda, Bulgaria.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

No Account Registration

The App does not require users to create an account to access or use its features.

User Content

You cannot upload, post, or otherwise submit any content (text, images, or other materials) to the App. The App is for gameplay use only.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases such as coins, hints, or similar virtual items.

• These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged outside the App.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

Subscriptions

We do not offer subscription plans.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to the logo, visual design, graphics, trademarks, and any other intellectual property, is the exclusive property of ET Salih Mizharkov. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.

If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions to us, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to compensate or credit you.

To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian law, we will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bulgaria.
